Form 7 is for including/deleting own/other’s name from electoral roll due to shifting or death

Firstly select the district and assembly constituency from the list
Next out of the 3 options provided select any one of the options provided
- object to the proposed inclusion of the name of the under mentioned person in the electoral roll
- request that entry relating to name of the person mentioned below is required to be deleted
- request that the entry relating to myself is to be deleted from Electoral Roll
Enter the particulars of applicants like name, surname, part number, epic number, mobile number.
Enter details/particulars of person whose name is to be deleted or included
Place the reason for objection/deletion out of 4 from the list
- Shifted
- Expired
- Duplicate
- No such person existing in the address(bogus vote)
Under declaration tab enter place and date
Enter captcha
Click on submit button

Transposition of entry means shifting from one place of residency to another within same constituencies. Citizens who wants to make this type of change in voter id and electoral roll, they must opt for Form 8A
