- Download the form epic 002 from the official portal of Election Commission. This is the form for the issuing of voter ID
- It has to be filled carefully with all details which a voter ID should have
- Now attach copy of FIR to this form
- Attach copy of proof of residence and ID proofs
- Submit the file to the Regional Chief Election Commission Office.
- You will have a receipt given by them
- You can now track the status of Voter ID frequently with the receipt provided
- Finally, you can collect card from Regional Electoral Commission Office.
