Students can avail the opportunity by downloading through online if passed out after 2004. But for the students whose passing year is before 2004, has to apply only through offline
What is the Process to apply for Duplicate 10th Class Marks Memo
- Visit the nearest Police Station, lodge an FIR. Write the strong reason as of how the memo is lost and also make an affidavit
- Firstly download the form from official website of Director of Government Examinations, Telangana

- If you are applying for duplicate SSC marks memo, click on tab Duplicate SSC proforma, which is on top of the page
- Fill in the form properly
- In the declaration form, affix photograph, get the signature of candidate declaring the cancellation of old certificate
- Get the signature from the Principal of School on the Identification certificate declaring the details of candidate are valid
- An Affidavit on stamp paper of Rs.50 in the name of Civil Judge or Notary has to be made
- Treasury challan for Rs.250/- remitted to the Head of Account has also to be made.
- After the whole process is complete, submit the form along with documents directly at office or else send through post to the below address

After submitting the documents, a receipt is issued for reference. Between 1 – 2 months, finally duplicate marks memo is issued and sent to residential address. If at all, did not come, go to office and take it by hand
What are documents to submit for Duplicate 10th class Marks Memo
Certificate issued either by a Sub-Inspector of Police or a Deputy Tahsildar as the case may be, stating that document is non-traceable
An affidavit on stamp paper of Rs.50 and attestation by Civil Judge or else Notary has to be made
A Declaration letter has to be submitted by Candidate stating the cancellation of previous certificate and also duly attested by Head of Institution
An amount of Rs 250/- through treasury challan under the Head 0202-Education Sports Arts and Culture, 01-General Education, 102-Secondary Education, 006-Director of Government Examinations and 800-User Charges
