- Firstly visit Himachal pradesh CEO website
- On homepage, select the option Update your mobile number in Voter List
- An application form displays on screen
- Fill in all details
- Select District Name
- Select A/C no. and Name
- Enter ID card/EPIC card no.
- Type Old Mobile no
- Again enter New Mobile no.
- Enter OTP
- Upload a scanned copy of front side of your voter id
- Hit on submit button
- Nextly click on send OTP button to receive OTP
If within 15 minutes otp is not received then click on resend OTP button
